by one of Australia’s Biggest child stars Nikki Webster her Brother
Scott Webster and Cimone Grayson. An exciting collaboration in a talent and modeling agency
creating Big Dreams for Little Stars.
Brother and sister team, Nikki & Scott envisaged a talent agency that is fresh and hip, one that
allows children to dream big and be guided along a path of entertainment by seasoned
professionals such as themselves. Cimone Grayson runs a boutique Artist Management
company in Sydney representing a select few actors, singers, dancers and choreographers ‐
together they have developed a new company enabling your kids to shine bright in the world
of entertainment

WHAT will Talent@NikkiWebster provide? Talent@Nikki Webster represents children 0
to 16 year olds seeking work in television commercials, TV series, feature films, musical
theatre, advertising campaigns and other cutting edge projects.
Talent@NikkiWebster has excellent access to a range of quality advertising, modeling, film
and television projects Australia wide. Our clients represent some of the country's leading
brands, which are featured nationally and internationally. We will be working with top
advertising and casting agencies across Australia. If there is a need for quality, reliability and
talented children we will be on the call sheet every time.

Director Nikki Webster Introduced
to the world as the girl who flew at the Sydney
2000 Olympic Games; Nikki's had an extremely successful music‐recording career with
ARIA nominated gold, platinum and multi‐platinum hits; She's been the face of a range of
makeup for young teens; The face of the Movieworld Theme Park; Was named #10 on Who
Weekly's "Power List"; Is a ‘Mo' and Variety Heart Award winner; Played the dream role of
Dorothy in the multi‐million dollar Australian production of ‘Wizard of Oz'; Has had her
own clothing range at Kmart and continues to perform and captivate audiences all around
the world. In 2008 Nikki and Scott embarked on a life long dream of opening up their
Performing arts studio Dance @ Nikki Webster, which continues to grow from strength to
strength.
Nikki’s much anticipated first Independent single "Devilicious", achieved huge success
around Australia debuting at No.1 on the AIR Charts (Australia Independent Records), No. 5
on the ARIA Physical Sales Charts and No. 1 in NSW! The single produced by Peter Rafelson
(Madonna, Britney Spears) and Mike Rizzo (Beyonce and Akon) heated up the dance floor as
it debut at No. 12 on the Dance & No. 24 on the Club charts. She is currently in the studio
working on her new album.
Director Scott Webster holds
a BA in Music Theatre (WAAPA) Accumulating
certificates in managing behaviour for children between the ages of 5‐12, behavioural
management, workplace behaviour, first aid, OH&S as well as accreditation by the
Australian Sports Commission.
Scott has performed in highly acclaimed musicals including LesMiserables, Witches of
Eastwick, Little shop of horrors and La Boheme to name but a few and has numerous Opera
Aust and GFO Production credits.
Working behind the scenes as the event coordinator for the Brewhaha Inner West Youth
Week Festival and Strathfield Carols by Candlelight, and producer of the Western Australian
production of Three to Tango, Scott has managed to gain a comprehensive understanding of
all facets of the performing arts industry.
Over the past few years through his other company Procreate Productions Pty Ltd Scott has
developed contracts and become AASC accredited with the Australian Sports commission
helping to recognise dance as a sport and teaching dance, acrobatics and musical theatre in
centres and schools around Aust.
Director Cimone Grayson CIMONE
arrived in Australia from the UK in 2007 and
now heads up the Sydney office of I.N.C.
With a background in dance and 8yrs of entertainment experience working alongside world
renowned director and choreographer Arlene Phillips, Cimone now manages 16 clients in
the Australian entertainment industry both locally and abroad. Applying her skills to the
local market she proudly represents some of Australia’s finest talent in Choreography,
Dance, Acting and Singing.
Originally from New Zealand Cimone juggles working life with her young family who all
reside in Alexandria.
